River Ridge Farm Horse Stable was established in 2005 to meet the needs of discerning horse owners in the Kankakee- Wilmington Area. We are a quiet, very private horse farm located just across from the Kankakee River State Park Horse Trails on Route 113 between Kankakee and Wilmington. We offer individualized care to all our horses and their owners. We provide high end feeds, quality home-grown hay, and clean modern facilities. You see, being small is the secret to our quality... and to our success. We know each horse and care for it as if it were our own. There are no large group turn-outs, no public group riding lessons....ect. Only peace and quiet AND the security of knowing your horse is the the hands of someone who cares. Within all our outdoor pastures the horses have unlimited fresh water, Summer and Winter, from our Nelson Automatic, Heated in the Winter Months, Waterers
Horse Boarding
We utilize the Ramm 3-Wire fencing due to it's durable and very forgiving to horses who like to play around the fence. It is flexable enough to be forgiving to your horse and not tangle him/her up or break.

We are located across the street from the Kankakee River State Park Horse Trails where you can enjoy riding your horse along the Kankakee River.
